Developers sold 645 new private homes in February, down 60.5% over January’s 1,632 units. This was largely due to fewer units of 167 launched in February against 2,600 in January.
January’s large number was due to three projects – the mega 1,862 unit Normanton Park (625 units sold), followed by the Parc Central Residences executive condominium (417 units sold) and The Reef at King’s Dock that sold 221 units.
Moving forward in March to April, we can look forward to new launches in the central districts like Irwell Hill Residences by City Developments, One Bernam by MCC Land and Midtown Modern by GuocoLand.
