As the disappointment of the HSR cancellation wore off, the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) had on March 15 launched a request for proposals (RFP) to develop and operate an integrated tourism development at Jurong Lake District. With the launch of the RFP, STB now estimates completion of the tourism development to take place from 2028.
After the above news, Lakeside Apartments announced that it will be put up for sale on March 22 at a reserve price of S$240 million. The reserve price works out to a land rate of $1,077 per square foor per plot ratio (psf ppr), including a lease top-up premium and development charge.
